In today's video I give a shout out to Julia Baldwin, a fellow demonstrator who gave me the measurements for this fabby box. I have been sharing this box during some recent parties, but thought I would share with you all in making a version using the Something Borrowed DSP and Lotus Flower stamp. Brayered Beauty

Hello Everyone

Today - as we are almost done with Sale A Bration 2015 - I thought I would share one last card made with the Irresistibly Yours designer paper.

I brayered over these pieces with Island Indigo, Bermuda Bay and Calypso Coral ink for this graduated effect. Of course I added a butterfly to one of them, but the other I left empty to show the beauty of this cardstock.

VIDEO Hanging Birdhouse

Sponged Treat Bag

Hello Everyone

Do you like this bag? We did it at class and it shows off the fantastic effects you can get with the Irresistibly Yours designer paper. It starts as a white cardstock, but add ink and the pattern resists the ink leaving this stunning effect.

The colours I sponged with here are Tangelo Twist and Strawberry Slush. I finished my bag with Seam Binding ribbon and a bow made with the Bow Builder Punch.

Lotus Blossom Loveliness

Hello Everyone

Today I am sharing a card made with the Lotus Blossom stamp set which you can receive FREE during Sale A Bration - you have until the end of this month if you want to snag it for your supplies. :)

It is a three-step-stamping set - that is you start by stamping the whole flower in the palest colour and then add the next two layers with medium and dark shades to create the watercolour-look images you see below.

I chose Soft Sky, Pool Party and Island Indigo on these cards.

Vellum Lined Treat Bag

Hello Everyone

This project was something we made during my January classes. We used the Mini Treat Bag Thinlit dies and cut a bag out of Best Day Ever designer paper. We cut apetures in the front using the large star and rows of stars. We then lined the front of the treat bag with Vellum Cardstock before assembling. We finished the project with ribbon from the Best Day Ever collection and the greeting is cut from the same Thinlet set.

I am loving making these cute treat bags. They looked so good in class with all the different colour combinations.
