Another rose…would smell as sweet….

Well I make no apology for sharing yet another Rose Garden Thinlet project - and this one was super quick to make.

Did you know when you colour on our Vellum Cardstock with regular markers, you can blend them really easily? Well you can.

So for this card I cut the rose outline in Gold Foil, then stuck it on to vellum. I used Pink Pirouette, Blushing Bride and Calypso Coral markers and blended to create a graduated effect.

….it's almost the end of Sale A Bration 2016!

…so before I go, I just need to share one more little card made with Honeycomb Happiness. I have really enjoyed using this stamp set.

The balloons here are stamped twice - direct on the card and then on some coloured scraps and cut out. Then I daubed the edges with matching ink (Mint Macaroon and Blushing Bride), before popping them up on dimensionals. And of course I also used a Honeycomb Embellishment to finish the project.

Thought for Thursday

Hello Everyone

This is so true - even if it is a simple as a sore throat having cleared up - we really appreciate feeling better when it is gone.

For me whenever I feel a bit stressed - I think back to my days working at BT and constantly fearing losing my job or being redeployed - so happy every day that those days are behind me and I get to wake up and be a full time Stampin' Up! demonstrator every day. I am SO lucky.
