Bonus project - Pen Holder Swap

Hello Everyone

Today I am sharing some swaps that I made recently for my Stampin' Up! team.

I used two items you can receive free during Sale A Bration. The Irresistibly Yours Designer Series Paper starts as a white colour. You can use a sponge or brayer to add the ink colours of your choice. Here I went for Cherry Cobbler, Real Red and Strawberry Slush.

Inside the pens I added some Something Borrowed DSP. Then on the top of the boxes I stamped a greeting using the You Brighten My Day stamp set - another set you can choose for free. I finished the light bulb with Dazzling Diamonds.

Petite Purse in Vellum

Hello Everyone

Today I am sharing a little project I made using our beautiful Vellum cardstock. Because it is so stiff and strong it is perfect for embossing.

Here I cut a little handbag shape with the Petite Purse die, folded along all the pre-scored lines and them embossed it using the Vine Street embossing folder.

It is important to re-inforce those score lines before you emboss - otherwise they are hard to find in the pattern. I made a tag using the Pretty Petites stamp set, and cut with the Petite Curly Label Punch.

I glued the bag together using Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive, which dries clear, and finished with some satin ribbon from the Sycamore Street ribbon and button pack.
