Pacific Point Ribbon Projects

Hello Everyone

In the Spring/Summer catalogue from Stampin' Up! (which finishes on the last day of June), we have some beautiful 1 1/4" wide striped grosgrain ribbon. I thought I would share a couple of projects using this stunning ribbon today.

The first is a simple card using an Antique Brad and the Lovely Romance stamp set. I embossed the card with one of the narrow Adorning Accents embossing folders.

The second project is packaging for a special gift. I simply pleated the ribbon in my fingers and secured with a staple. Then I tied a tag around with Bakers Twine. The tag is cut with the Chalk Talk framelits and stamped a greeting with the the matching stamp set.

So if you bought any of this lovely ribbon - or have some from one of our previous offerings, I hope that has inspired you to get it out and play.

Box in a flash...

Hello Everyone

Just a quick project today. This is an easy gift box, you can stamp on the outside, (as I did with the stars), add a bow and greeting and your box is ready to go.

I stamped the bow with the Festive Flurry stamp set in Smoky Slate and finished with a matching brad made using a Candy Dot.

Something I can fill with treats and give as a quick Christmas gift I think!

Seasonal in September & My Digital Studio

Hello Everyone

This month I will be running some special classes called 'Seasonal in September'. You can see below what we will be making - some large luxury cards, a large gift box, an organiser, and a candle project. The cost of the class is £25, which includes about £15 worth of goodies. If you are in the Hampshire area, contact me if you would like to come and join us!

The class uses some of the stunning goodies from the new Autumn/Winter seasonal catalogue from Stampin' Up!

I am sharing two boxes I decorated with the two festive DSP packs. They are called Winter Frost and Seasons of Style - so whether you like a modern or traditional Christmas look, we can make you smile!

Today I am also sharing a project made using My Digital Studio (MDS) - the fabby digital design system just launching in the UK and Europe.

I am a novice with MDS - so be kind to me! This is an 8X8" scrapbook page I made yesterday.

Back on soon with another cute project.

As a first peek, here is the top of one of the new large gift boxes, decorated with the fabulous Winter Frost designer series paper. The bow is cut with the new Gift Bow Bigz die. If you want to see lots of tips and tricks for using this die, come back on Tuesday for a video on the subject!

Looking forward to sharing lots of projects with you over the next few weeks.

Soda Pop Top Kraft Box

Hello Everyone

Today I am sharing a Kraft Gift Box, covered in the Comfort Cafe designer series paper and featuring the Collage Curios stamp set. The stamp set works so well with the Soda Pop Tops.

If you want to see how to cover one of these boxes, I did a video a little while back - go take a look if you haven't seen it.

Kraft Gift Box and Time for Tea card

Hello Everyone

Another Artisan Embellishment kit project, this time used to decorate one of the Kraft Gift boxes from Stampin' Up! I used more of the Tea Time designer series paper, and if you want to see how easy it is to cover these boxes, come back on Tuesday for my weekly video. :)

Wouldn't this box be great filled with home backed cookies?

And to go with it how about this card - same dsp pack, but this time combined with the Tea Shoppe stamp set. Loving the stack of tea cups that co-ordinate with the paper so well.

Thank you for visiting and I will be back on Tuesday with a video for you.
