Hello Everyone
Today's project is the 3D item I am teaching at my November classes. Although I have done stamped candles before, this was my first time making stamped tea-lights and I was pleased with how easy they are to make. No need for wrapping in baking parchment, I just stamped on to punched circles of tissue paper and heated them onto the candles with a head gun.
We made the boxes in Early Espresso, which goes very well with the blues of Pacific Point and Baja Breeze. We used a selection of Christmas stamps including Season of Joy, Serene Snowflakes and Contempo Christmas.
Back soon with my other class projects for this month.
These look fantastic I love the colours x
ReplyDeleteLove them Elizabeth, did you work the size out for the box yourself or is there a tutorial you could point us to?
ReplyDeleteI just made up the sizes Helen. You can make 2 from a standard sheet of cardstock. I think they were an inch high and two inches across. :)
