Awesomely Artistic with Vellum Layer Window Card

Hello and welcome to Elizabeth's Craft Room ,

This is a card we actually did in class last year - and I suddenly realised I hadn't shared it. We used the Squares Framelits to cut an aperture in the card front and used the white cut out inside the card and stamped the dragonfly image from Awesomely Artistic.

We then embossed a piece of Vellum Cardstock with the Petal Burst Embossing folder and cut and irregular edge then adhered it to the card front.

We stuck a piece of window sheet to the frame and then popped those up above the level of the card front using Foam Adhesive Strips to add some dimension.

The greeting comes from Feather Together. There are a lot of steps - but the cards looks lovely!

Swirly Scribbles Celebration Card

Hello and welcome to Elizabeth's Craft Room ,

Today I am sharing a large card (this is an A4 folded in half to make an A5 size finished card). I wanted a bold celebration card and went for this simple die-cut design in Melon Mambo, Basic Black and Whisper White.

All the scribbles are cut using the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits and the greeting comes from Confetti Celebrations.

So In Love Bundle Card

Hello and welcome to Elizabeth's Craft Room ,

Today's card was made with the stunning Falling In Love designer series paper, which sadly is retiring soon!

I simply added a die cut piece done using the So Detailed Thinlits dies. I used a greeting and tiny flower stamps from the co-ordinating So In Love stamp set and  finished with a Vanilla Satin Ribbon bow and two of the stunning Falling in Love embellishments.

Welcome Baby Card with Made With Love

Hello and welcome to Elizabeth's Craft Room ,

I made this card to welcome a new great niece into the world. My niece Sophie, like me, is a great Walt Disney World fan - so I used my only non-Stampin' Up! punch to make the Mickey shapes.

I stamped the rest of the card using the Made with Love stamp set. I used Sweet Sugar Plum ink and ribbon on Thick Whisper White and I was very pleased with how it came out. Hope you like it too.

Nailed It & Build It Vintage Car Card

Hello and welcome to Elizabeth's Craft Room ,

So as I am sharing this card, I am wondering - do you have Haynes car manuals everywhere in the world? I remember using mine to service my mini when I first started driving...but now they just plug my Hyundai into a computer to see what it needs - how times change!

Anyway, things don't change when you own a 1936 Morris 8 like my husband Mike - so this is the birthday card I made for him using the Nailed It and Build It stamps and dies...

Now if truth be told - Haynes Manuals didn't actually start till 1960 - so the manual my DH uses is the one that came with the car - but it was fun making up and mini book on the front of his birthday card. I used the Guy Greetings stamp set for the car and greeting stamps.
