Watercolour Wishes for a quick Christmas card - part 2

Hello and welcome to Elizabeth's Craft Room ,

On Thursday I showed two blue Watercolour Wishes kit cards repurposed for the festive season. Here I am using some non-traditional colours of Watermelon Wonder and Daffodil Delight - but still think it makes a great card.

I combined with a couple of Christmas Pines pinecones which I stamped and hand cut and the pine needles and greeting from the same stamp set - all stamped in Tip Top Taupe ink.

All the other elements are pre-printed and and found in the kit - a card in a couple of moments!

Watercolour Wishes for a Quick Christmas Card - part 1

Hello and welcome to Elizabeth's Craft Room ,

Have you just realised that Christmas is around the corner and you still need to make some Christmas cards? Well help is at hand with my posts today and this Saturday.

Here is how to turn the Watercolour Wishes card kit into fast and festive Christmas cards. Just add your favourite seasonal greetings and stamp a few snowflakes, add some Basic Rhinestones and your work here is done.

I have used the Tin of Tags snowflake and the greetings are both from Christmas Pines.

Delicate Ornaments Shaker Card with Mica Flakes

Hello and welcome to Elizabeth's Craft Room ,

Today's card is another shaker card. This time the outline is made using the Delicate Ornament dies - they are in the big Stampin' Up! catalogue along with my seasonal favourite the Christmas Pines bundle to create the pine leaves and greeting.

Inside the bauble I stamped with the Playful Backgrounds stamp but the green Mica Flakes are the star of the show.

Christmas Wine Gift Bag Presentation with Christmas Pines Bundle

Hello and welcome to Elizabeth's Craft Room ,






Well I have mentioned them before but the large Cellophane Bags in the Autumn/Winter catalogue are HUGE. They are easily big enough for a wine or champagne bottle - so I made a tag using the Christmas Pines bundle as a pretty gift wrapping option.

The glimmer paper I wrapped around the bottle is optional - but it certainly gives a certain sparkle to the packaging!

I finished with a bow of the Red Stitched Satin Ribbon which is in the big catalogue.

This is a gift I would be happy to receive :)

Pretty Pines Wreath Card

Hello and welcome to Elizabeth's Craft Room ,

Today I am sharing a card I made using the Christmas Pines bundle from Stampin' Up! First I stamped using the pine needle stamps to create a circle on the Very Vanilla cardstock. Then I used the Pretty Pines Thinlit Dies (which come as part of that bundle or separately - see below), to cut pine needles, 2 layered pine cones, and red berries.





I attached them using snail adhesive and then finished with a sentiment from the Christmas Pines stamp set and a bow from the Real Red Stitched Satin Ribbon.

Pretty Pines Christmas Card with a Glimmer Bell

Hello and welcome to Elizabeth's Craft Room ,

Today's card is made with the Christmas Pines stamp set and matching Pretty Pines Thinlits. This bundle is so versatile and I love the star background stamp and the large range of greetings in the set.

Here I have combined it with a punched bell image using the Bell Punch and finished with some Lace Trim.
