Spice Cake Creations

Hello Everyone

Today I am sharing two projects I made using the Spice Cake suite of products. I have been loving these scrummy colours and this is one of the ideas I came up with using the huge buttons that co-ordinate with the Spice Cake paper.

This is the box I made - you can see on this slight blurry picture the big button belly band and an Antique Brad and Victoria Crochet trim closure.

Open up the box and there are four napkin rings inside...

I threaded the narrow Taffeta Ribbon through the holes in different ways and used cardstock and Spice Cake papers to create the rings.

My next project features the Spice Cake fabric. I have been using a little bucket from Ikea to hold my clear mount blocks during classes. I decided to decorate it.

There is actually no sewing at all for this project LOL! I simply attached the fabric with Sticky Strip.

I hope I have inspired you with the Spice Cake suite. Enjoy creating. :)

Love Elizabeth X
