Happy New Year and Thank You!

Hello Everyone

I want to start by wishing all my blog readers, customers, friends and family a very happy, healthy 2013. We are starting here in Southampton, England with a bright sunny day, so I have been able to take some blog pictures with slightly better lighting than we have been having lately!

My first two photos of the year are of all the handmade cards I have received over the festive period. There is also some very pretty handmade packaging there. (My lovely hearts are hung up - thank you Ann & Sandra and the chocolates are all gone already :) - thank you Zen & Jan! )

Thank you everyone for the time and talent you have used making these cards for Mike and I. I love them all.

The other thing I want to share is something many of you have been waiting to see since August. Many of my lovely ladies provided boxes and boxes of jam jars for my niece Sophie. She needed them for some of her home-made wedding decorations. We were all agog to see what she had done with them, and finally here is the picture...(in case you are wondering, I left my camera at the wedding and I was reunited with it over Christmas - very happy to have it back!)

Sophie and Alex greeted their guests with jars full of Pimms and Lemonade. Those fruity drinks were delicious and looked really good with the raffia bows died around them. Sophie was very grateful for all the ladies who stepped up and sent her jars just in time for the big day.

So what is new with Stampin' Up! for 2013? Well where do I start - it is our 25th birthday this year so there will be lots of Stampin' Up! excitement to be had. I will have some sneak peeks coming up over the next few weeks for our favouite promotion of the year Sale-A-Bration!

And here on my blog - I am going to start adding free video tutorials. These will run once a week and I am happy to take suggestions, comments and requests to help me make them perfect for you, my blog visitors. Hope you like them.

Happy New 2013....I can't wait to see what it will bring.

Love Elizabeth X

  1. I wondered what the jars were for - well worth the wait! What a brilliant idea - I thought that maybe they were using them for tea lights as table decs.

Look fwd to your videos! Your first 3 were brilliant! TFS xx
